history

Old Victoria Process Service has been in the document serving business since the Government privatized some of the court services in about 1983. Dave & Yvonne Owens were let go from the Sheriff’s Office in Victoria at that time so they walked across the street and opened an office on the 7th floor of a building which looked down on the Victoria Court House. A year later when their lease was up there, they moved one block away to Broughton St., where they operated from the same address till the fall of 2007. At that time they moved their office to 677 Mt. View Ave., in Victoria.

As of August 2016, Dave & Yvonne sold Old Victoria Process to Al Sturgeon of Sturgeon Bailiff Services a local family company who brings over 30 years of experience within the industry. Sturgeon Bailiff Services vows to serve the clients in the same professional manner and service Dave & Yvonne did.
